Training and Development

Birmingham Rathbone is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of service provision. To do so, we invest in the training and development of all of our staff. We are proud to continue to be recognised as an Investor in People, which gives us a framework to support and encourage staff to improve their performance, through training, coaching, mentoring and development. We require all staff to complete a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) before starting work.
